really comfortable IKEA sleeping couch +

Hi there, we are selling our IKEA sleeping couch as we are moving into a furnished house. The couch shows the usual wear and tear signs, but apart from a small rip in the material on one of the arms (see pictures) it is in good condition. It is very comfortable as a couch and as a bed. As can be seen from the pictures, it has a proper mattress inside that folds out as a bed. No delivery, pick up only from SW17. Also selling an IKEA dining table and chairs if interested. Thanks
